Do we actually need a day of co-ordinator?

Before your event, we'll


- help you craft a day of run sheet

- confirm timing and logistics with your vendors

- plot transport itineraries for your wedding party and family

- ensure every last detail has been considered and cared for

Then on the day, Team Petal will

- be your vendor point person, helping them get in {and out!} on time

- lend a hand with styling any hired items, favours, place cards, candles

- confirm guests of honour and ceremony participants {readers, witnesses, grandparents, etc} have arrived before proceedings start

- support your wedding party and family - pinning on buttonholes, keeping you hydrated and calm

- ensure your legal documents and wishing well are moved to a safe location once festivities are underway

- graciously step in to assist with any last-minute emergencies or dramas

. . . plus so much more, then packing it all up when the day is done — allowing you the space to relax completely, soaking in the day of your dreams.

Team Petal on-site for bump-in, the duration of your event + bump-out

liaison with all your vendors

For the 2022 season, pricing starts at $2,000 for an 8-hour event,

plus $180 for each additional hour.
