How much does day of co-ordination cost?

 

Oh Hello Petal’s day-of co-ordination starts at $1,800 for an 8 hour event, plus $180 for each subsequent hour.

 

 

 

Why do we need to have a consult? Can't we just book over email?

Being at the helm of your event requires a lot of trust, and we want to make sure we click on a personal level. It's the perfect foundation for a beautiful working relationship, so it's important that we meet {whether in person, or via Zoom}. There's also many details to go through, and we don't want to miss anything!

We know you do floral and event design — is this just for florals? Or all parts of the day?

 

For all parts of your day! A day-of co-ordinator is the wing-person and captain of making your event run smoothly. An event has many moving parts, a co-ordinator is there to make sure they all fall into place and look as gorgeous as possible.

 

We already have a venue co-ordinator. What’s the difference?

A venue co-ordinator is a person employed by a venue, to ensure things are prepared and ready for your event to be tzjushed by your vendors. There are magical unicorn co-ordinators who then stay for the duration of your event, but this is not always the case.

 

 

A day-of co-ordinator is a person employed by YOU to ensure your event runs like clockwork, from set-up to pack-down. A day-of co-ordinator will be present and ready to support you from the moment you arrive, all the way to your sparkler exit.

How far do you travel?

 

 

Oh Hello Petal is based in the north-east of Melbourne, but has traveled as far as Daylesford, the Macedon ranges and Sydney for our Petals. Travel within Melbourne is included in our pricing, but please note that any accommodation costs are billable to the client.

This is a same-sex wedding. Is that ok?

Yes, of course! Oh Hello Petal welcomes all people of all identities, along with each opportunity to learn, or unlearn, growing to make this world a safer, more beautiful place to live.

Do we need a deposit to book?

 

Yes, Oh Hello Petal requires a non-refundable booking fee of 20% of your total package to secure your event date.

Do you offer payment plans?

 

Absolutely — we know that planning an event like a wedding can be stressful, even if you've budgeted for it really well.

 

We'll split your package into multiple payments, to make the amounts as manageable as possible, then the remaining amount will be due one week before your event.
