Send Petals Delivery Information

All deliveries will be made the following day, unless a date is specified on your order.

​

​

Same-day delivery is not currently available.

​

​

Delivery window is between 9am-5pm.

​

​

We do not deliver Petals on Sundays or Mondays. Orders received on Saturdays will be delivered Tuesday.

​

​

Your Petals will be chosen in line with the best available of the season. At present, we are not able to take special design requests.

Orders received with suburbs not listed above will be sent an additional delivery fee via email invoice, payment is required before delivery. Delivery to suburbs outside of suburbs listed above is at discretion of Oh Hello Petal. Feel free to get in touch if you'd like to Send Petals to a suburb not listed above.

 

 

In the case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, client will be sent $25 redelivery fee via email invoice. Please ensure all delivery details are correct at time of ordering.

A phone number for deliveries to apartments or units is required, to assist with access. We promise not to spoil the surprise! - usually, our driver only calls when they're having trouble getting in.

​

 

Once your Petals have been delivered, Oh Hello Petal is not liable for any damage sustained, including but not limited to heat damage, dehydration, or theft.
