TERMS & CONDITIONS

Full payment is required at time of booking to secure your event date.

 

 

In the event where Oh Hello Petal is not available for your event date, Oh Hello Petal will contact the client to offer alternative dates for the workshop. If a new date cannot be found, we will offer a full refund and give recommendations of alternate providers to contact.

 

 

Any changes made to selected colour palette post-payment may incur additional cost.

 

 

The value of booked items cannot decrease to less than 85% of the originally ordered amount.

 

 

Any additions to the package must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to event date.

 

 

Events held on public holidays, or within two weeks of Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or Christmas Day will be assessed for an additional 30% surcharge post-purchase.

If you decide to reschedule your event for any reason, and the date is more than three months from the originally agreed upon date, Oh Hello Petal will re-cost your order to reflect updated floral and labour costs. A $250 re-booking fee will also apply.

 

 

If you decide to cancel your event less than 14 days before the originally agreed upon date for any reason, client will be entitled to a refund of 50% your order.

 

 

If you decide to reschedule or cancel your event less than 7 days before the originally agreed upon date for any reason, client will be entitled to no refunds. The florals and labour that has already been paid for is still yours to use however, and the client can elect to have the remaining florals delivered to them directly, to family members and friends, to elected charities, hospices or hospitals, or other destinations within 50km of Melbourne. If the client would like to book a new event date, Oh Hello Petal will waive the $250 re-booking fee (dependent on date availability.)

 

 

Oh Hello Petal reserves the right to withdraw services in the event that payment is not received within allotted time.

 

 

Any Oh Hello Petal travel costs necessary for your event will be sent via invoice post-purchase, calculated at $8 per kilometer from Heidelberg, Victoria. Travel calculated at $8 per kilometer is limited to within 30km from Heidelberg, Victoria; any venues outside this 30km radius will incur an additional charge. At this time, Oh Hello Petal is unable to service clients who are themselves, or are expecting guests with unknown vaccination status. In this instance where this comes to light when purchase has already been completed, but it is in the time period before the event has taken place, we will offer a full refund, and give recommendations of alternate providers to contact.

It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that information stated in your order is correct, including but not limited to date, venue and quantities of itemised specifics {number of tickets required.}

 

Oh Hello Petal reserves the right to use images from your event for promotion, display, advertising, internet and publication.

 

 

Market prices are subject to fluctuation without warning, and as such Oh Hello Petal cannot guarantee specific florals for your event. We do promise to strive to source the highest quality florals available, and remain considerate of our agreed budget.

 

 

Client agrees to all terms and conditions stated above, and to full responsibility for agreed upon services. Oh Hello Petal has the right to cancel this contract at any time if we feel the contractual obligations are not being met.
