What services does Oh Hello Petal offer?

Do you have wedding packages or a price list?

 

Actually, no! I prefer to fully customize each design proposal and quote to my couples. This collaborative approach recognizes that different couples have different needs, and we’ll work closely to honour your proposed budget.

 

 

How soon do I need to book?

 

Most clients book a stylist or florist 6-12 months out from their event, but I am able to work to a shorter lead time as needed. I find that booking any further than 12 months out can be tricky, as ideas can really evolve and change with time.

 

 

Do you have a minimum spend?

 

Not at all, petal! No budget is too small, and I’m here to guide you

on what is realistic for your floral vision.

 

 

What’s an average spend on wedding flowers?

 

On average, Oh Hello Petal couples spend between $1,000 {Bridal party florals only} and $7,000+ {Full-service florals.}

 

A good rule of thumb is to allow 10-15% of your overall budget on florals,

20-30% if you want florals to be a key feature.

How do we get a quote for wedding flowers?

 

Pop through your details on this contact form, then once I’ve confirmed your date is available, I’ll email you a questionnaire to give me a big picture view of your wedding to get the ball rolling!

Do we need to hire vases, arches, etc, or can you organise that for us?

 

Now, that would be a bit cheeky of me — quote you for flowers and then make you source the arch to hang them on, or vases keep them in!

 

Oh Hello Petal quotes are inclusive of all hire items.

 

 

Can I see what my flowers will look like before the wedding?

 

You can separately order a ‘mock-up’ of your wedding flowers — however I do not guarantee that the exact same flowers will appear in your final wedding bouquet, given how changeable the seasons are year to year. {Cheers, climate change.}

 

Oh Hello Petal designs with colour palette, texture and style in mind, how your flowers will make you feel — that little bit of je ne sais quoi. Creative freedom always produces the most beautiful results.

What does The Big Day look like?

 

Your personal flowers {bouquets, buttonholes, corsages, etc} will be delivered to you either the night before or the morning of your wedding.

Each item will be individually wrapped and hydrated.

Team Petal will then go and floz your ceremony space,

then your reception space. Think of us as your personal flower fairies

— the only trace we leave behind is our floral magic!

 

 

What about happens to the flowers after the wedding?

 

First of all : please PLEASE take your flowers home, and enjoy!

Leave all hire items at the venue — Team Petal will come back and collect them either that night when the party’s over, or the next morning when

the glitter’s being swept off the floor.
