TERMS & CONDITIONS

Full payment is required at time of booking to secure your event date.

 

​

In the instance where Oh Hello Petal is not available for your event date, we will offer a full refund and give recommendations of alternate providers to contact.

 

 

Any changes made to selected colour palette may incur additional cost.

 

 

The value of selected floral items cannot decrease to less than 85% of the originally agreed amount.

 

 

Any additions to the package must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to event date.

If your event is more than six months away at time of booking, your order may be cancelled and refunded.

 

 

Events held on public holidays, or within two weeks of Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or Christmas Day will be assessed for an additional 30% surcharge post-purchase.

Mood boards and in-person consultations are not included as part of Ya Big Fleurt, and can be added at the additional cost of $250 per mood board, and $150 per in-person consultation {including but not limited to site visits.}

 

 

If you decide to reschedule your event for any reason more than 14 days ahead of the originally agreed upon date, and the new date is more than three months from the originally agreed upon date, Oh Hello Petal may re-cost the client's invoice and amend the design to reflect updated floral and labour costs. A $150 re-booking fee will also apply.

If you decide to reschedule or cancel your event for any reason less than 14 days ahead of the originally agreed upon date, you will be entitled to a refund of 50% of your order.

If you decide to reschedule or cancel your event for any reason less than 7 days ahead of the originally agreed upon date, you will be entitled to no refunds. The florals and labour that have already been paid for are still yours to use, and you can elect to have the remaining florals delivered to you directly, to family members and friends, to elected charities, hospices, or hospitals, or other destinations within 50km of Melbourne. If you would like to book a new event date, Oh Hello Petal will waive the $150 re-booking fee (dependent on date availability.)

Oh Hello Petal reserves the right to withdraw services in the event that payment is not received within allotted time.

 

 

Any Oh Hello Petal travel costs necessary for delivery will be sent via invoice post-purchase. Travel is calculated at $8 per kilometer, and is limited to 30km from Newport Victoria ; any venues outside this 30km radius will incur an additional charge. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that information stated in your invoice is correct, including but not limited to date, venue and quantities of itemised specifics {bouquets, buttonholes, table florals etc.}

 

 

Once your items have been delivered or picked up, Oh Hello Petal is not liable for any damage sustained, including but not limited to personal florals and venue florals.

 

 

Oh Hello Petal reserves the right to use images from your event for promotion, display, advertising, internet and publication.

Oh Hello Petal reserves the right to change prices for Ya Big Fleurt at any time without notice, due to fluctuation in market prices.

 

 

Market prices are subject to fluctuation without warning, and as such Oh Hello Petal cannot guarantee specific florals for your event. We do promise to strive to source the highest quality florals available, and remain considerate of the agreed budget.

 

 

All designs and proposals remain the property of Oh Hello Petal, and may not be copied, distributed, published or repurposed without our express consent.

 

 

Client agrees to all terms and conditions stated above, and to full responsibility for agreed upon services. Oh Hello Petal has the right to cancel this contract at any time if we feel the contractual obligations are not being met.
