We ab-so-lute-ly adore obnoxious, fun colour palettes, and carefully select design elements to add intention and meaning so your wedding speaks of your legacy, your history, and your future. And we don’t just deal with flowers, we're in for the whole scope of wedding styling : candles, stationery, linens, furniture hire, and more. Our imagination and your vision is our only limit.

Our twelve+ years in the industry has given us extensive experience in weddings, so we're here to help you ditch the mental load of trying to bring every last aesthetic detail together, which we know can be a headache at times.
You tell us about the day of your dreams ; we'll make sure the design-y details aren't only accounted for, but are completely freakin’ gorgeous too.

Using your love story as our inspiration, we'll work together to select styling details that honour and celebrate your story throughout every aspect of your wedding. You don't need to remember any flower types, or count how many candles and vases you need, or even consider how to put it all together into a floor plan, because we'll take care of it all. And on your wedding day, the only running you need to worry about is into your beloved's arms - not 'around like a headless chook.' Leave all that silly, sweaty madness to us.

From beginning to end, we'll plan our hearts out and work our gnarly little florist fingers off to ensure your wedding styling and florals are a celebration that feels just like you - the best, un-stressed, most loved-up version of you, of course.

Get in touch with us via our contact form first! We'll send through our questionnaire, and honestly petal, spare no detail because detail is our jam.​​​​​​​​​

Let's talk about
money, baby
After you've filled in our questionnaire, you'll receive your fully-tailored mood board and estimate, which you are welcome to adjust as needed. Our​ 2025 minimum spend starts at $5,000.
Once we’re locked and loaded with your estimate, you'll be invited to pay our booking fee to save the date with us {20% of your overall invoice} and then we'd love to catch up over celebratory drinks! We’ll go through your full design in detail, cheers-ing to all the fun we have ahead of us!​

After this delicious catch up, we'll polish up your creative design and estimate {even if it’s only ever so slightly}, and keep touching base on emails throughout your planning journey.​
​
We'll pop in to your venue as needed, to envision how your wedding will unfold, and how your styling concept will practically come together.
​
We'll firm up all the final details in a final call on the phone or Zoom, have you fill in one final logistics questionnaire, and we'll be available via text as much as you need us in the lead up to The Big Day.

Then, onto The Big Day.
The! Big! Day!!!
We'll deliver all wedding party and family florals directly to you at your accommodation {and give you a big big cuddle and a kiss too!}
​
Team Petal will be all hands on deck, tzjushing all florals, décor, design and hire items, double checking that every last welcome sign and candlestick are exactly where they need to be.
​
We’ll stay on site as you say ‘I do’, definitely have a hard time keeping our cool, then we'll wipe our tears {for real though} and transfer any floral pieces that are being repurposed from ceremony to reception.
​
Finally, just before the party finishes we'll roll back in to wrap up each single flower to send home with your guests {which they’ll bloody love, trust us.} Then we pack-down all décor, design, and hire items, toodle on home, and either do a drive-thru run on the way, or make a cuppa before tumbling into bed.​
